The year ends without decree
The year is coming to an end and we hope that the RD on the Net Balance sees the light from 2012 fizzle out. This RD Net Balance is a step towards energy efficiency in order to comply with international agreements such as the Kyoto Protocol and the EU 20/20/20, the merits of these pieces of legislation cannot be forgotten. We will not be glossing over the advantages of this type of production-consumption as they are many and well known. But we want the opportunity to claim that once put in place, the pressures of the electricity sector will not deter the will of this executive decision.
