ARI Solar energy certificate for existing buildings

ARI Solar has already made its first certification of existing buildings. With the decree 235/2013 of April 5 recently entered into force, from our company we proceeded to enroll in the Andalusian Register of Energy Certificates to the offices and homes of our first customers request it.

After the visit of our technicians to the homes and offices of our customers, we take the measurements needed to make the energy certificate in accordance with the documents and software officially recognized by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism.

We also conduct the feasibility study of energy efficiency measures that are incorporated into the certificate to improve the energy efficiency obtained.

Finally we signed the certificate telematically in the corresponding Autonomic Register. In these first cases registration has been carried out by the Comunidad Autónoma Andaluza.
