Energy Certification for existing buildings scheduled for next June
According to MINCETUR, the royal decree on certification for the energy efficiency of existing buildings comes into force in June, 2013.
As previously described, ARI Solar hope that their entry into the enforcement of this document will serve to underpin ESCOs with the rehabilitation of buildings, an action that is seen today as reactivating the growth of the Spanish economy.
At ARI Solar, we anticipate the entry of this legislation and we offer to inform neighboring communities and individual homeowners of the consequences of this decree, relating to the selling and renting of property.
